I found complimentary water bottles and coffee capsules refilled daily. The Molton Brown products added a touch of luxury. I had a big, spacious room and it included a comfortable bed and pillows, wonderful. The hotel staff were helpful . I greatly appreciated that.
I noticed the absence of certain requested items. This oversight requires attention. This situation impacted my overall experience. I hope improvements will happen.

The location was amazing. It was close to subway stations. Hyde Park was also very accessible from the hotel. The hotel was quiet. Fresh air came through the windows. Restaurants offered a variety of choices nearby, I found this particularly convenient. The room featured a desk and a large TV. The TV was positioned perfectly at the bottom of the bed, I thought this was ideal. A kitchenette with tea, coffee, a fridge, a microwave, and a sink was provided. This was perfect for buying and heating food. I found the staff very friendly. They were helpful. The service was excellent. They were great too. I thought that the hotel's attention to cleanliness stood out.
The front desk had one gentleman. He lectured me regarding housekeeping. He claimed that I was at fault, though I disagree.

The location was wonderful. Near paddington station! the staff were also very kind. They provided great service.
The housekeeping standards were not consistent. One day my room was cleaned very early, though another day it wasn't cleaned until late afternoon. the front desk staff included one gentleman who was not very helpful. He seemed to blame me for the housekeeping issues.

I found the location really close to Paddington Station. That connects you easily to the Elizabeth line. Hyde Park was a short walk. I also liked the discreet staff. The room cleaning occurred daily, which I really appreciated.
The hotel staff removed my Apple Watch. It was a really expensive item. The management did not acknowledge responsibility. I was not satisfied with the solution they proposed after reporting the incident.
